The Bude Jazz Festival Committee are saddened to inform you of the death of

Jeremy Huggett, a very talented jazz musician.
He died from a heart attack on 12th September after a short spell in Harefield Hospital.
Jeremy, and his wife Maria, have done so much to promote jazz over many years.
They have helped establish festivals and Jazz weekend breaks, bringing different bands,

leading street parades and being part of our first Young Jazzers workshop.

They have supported Bude Jazz Festival in any way they could and will be greatly missed.
We send our condolences to Maria and family.
Jeremy wanted a jazz funeral and when we have details of this, we will post it on our website.

Tim Browning

Bude Jazz Festival Committee are very sad to announce that Tim Browning, a loyal member of the Committee for many years, has passed away. Tim used to own the Falcon Hotel in Bude and has been a strong supporter of live music in the area, in differing genres, for a long period of time. He will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Dorothy, and the rest of the family, at this sad time.
