Band leader Baby Jools presents his all-star jazz and blues line-up, which will take his audience on a musical journey to New Orleans – without having to board a flight.

 

The stellar line-up will include:

Baby Jools – Drums.

Band Leader of the Jazzaholics. Baby Jools has toured with the legends Kenny Ball, Chris Barber, and Max Collie for many years and is the power house behind the Jazzaholics.

Mike ‘Magic’ Henry – Trumpet.

Mike joins the Jazzaholics, having spent 20 years with the Big Chris Barber Band, the Pasadena Roof Orchestra and The Temperance Seven.

Karl Hird – Clarinet & Saxophone.

Having grown up in Australia, Karl has toured the world as a musician since he was a child. He is no stranger to the New Orleans music scene.

Kevin Grenfell – Trombone.

Host, musician, and talented band leader. Kevin is among the UKs most in demand players and a pleasure to have in the Jazzaholics.

Jim Swinnerton – Double Bass.

Having toured for over 25 years with many of the biggest names in Jazz. In recent years, Jim has traveled the world with the West End and Broadway musical – The Million Dollar Quartet. However, he is most at home with The Jazzaholics.

Warren James – Banjo & Guitar.

Touring UK theatres is what Warren has done since he was a small boy. His banjo playing keeps the Jazzaholics rhythm section grooving, whilst his Skiffle segment takes people on a trip down memory lane.
